Post Malone Is Traveling Out Of State To Pick Up Kegs – The Singer Is Doing What He Must To Skirt Around Utah’s Alcohol Laws

Page Six reported today that the singer-songwriter, Post Malone, is getting creative when it comes to skirting around Utah’s strict alcohol laws. The 25-year-old performing artist spoke with Wall Street Journal Magazine this week, a conversation in which he talked about how he gets around Utah’s laws.

According to Page Six, it’s actually illegal for consumers in the state to purchase or possess containers of beer that are larger than two liters. The star said he and his friends have just been hanging out every day and “doing funny s**t.”

Whenever he needs to pick up a keg, the singer explained, he heads over to the neighboring state, Wyoming, and then takes it back to Utah. He went on to joke, “but don’t tell anybody.”

Regarding the pandemic and how it has changed things in the state, particularly the drinking laws, according to Post Malone, the Utah government has finally realized that the world is “so f*cking crazy,” so they’re easing up on some of their restrictions.

Page Six picked up on a document from the Utah Department of Public Safety in which they proclaimed there were ways of getting around the no-keg rule. If an individual is a beer retailer or is authorized to have large quantities of beer, then it’s allowed.

Fans of the Stoney artist know he’s not necessarily a retailer of beer, however, he has started working in a similar industry: the wine business. As it was previously reported, Post just created his own rosé brand, Maison No. 9.

The singer sold 50,000 units of the wine in under two days. According to Post Malone, he’s so happy with the way his entrepreneurial endeavors have been going lately. He stated that he and his friends have been working really hard to make sure their children can eat forever.

And of course, they’re making it so they can “drink for free.” During a past interview, Post Malone explained how his new brand of rosé was going to become a fan favorite. Apparently, it was so popular that it crashed the site due to the influx of traffic.
